To determine the Corporate members' participation in the programmatic and social events of the consortium and submit such recommendations and plans to the board for its approval; to nominate candidates as its representatives to the board of directors.

Responsibilities:
- elect a chairperson from the Corporate membership
- participate in Interest Group sessions, committees, etc.
- solicit program ideas
- solicit nominations from the sustaining members for election to the board
- submit nominations to the Elections Committee
Chairperson is elected by and from the Corporate Active membership.
