Charge:
To nominate, solicit nominations, and receive nominations for candidates for election of officers of the consortium; to conduct annual or special elections utilizing the preferential voting procedures, and to report the results to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities:
- soliciting nominations for election of officers of the consortium;
- presenting a slate of candidates to the board of directors;
- preparing and mailing official ballots to all voting members;
- receiving and tabulating ballots using the preferential voting procedures;
- and reporting election results, in the form of rank order for all candidates, to the executive director.
Chaired by the Immediate Past President, with at least two other active members appointed by the president with board approval for one-year terms.
