Charge:
To inspire, generate, and coordinate research and scholarship that advances the mission of the consortium.
Responsibilities:
- coordinating activities involved in receiving applications, and identifying candidates for the CCUMC Research Award;
- tracking the progress of past Research Award recipients whose research is not yet completed and/or whose findings have not yet been provided to CCUMC;
- identifying topics for potential commissioned research based on suggestions or proposals submitted by members and committees;
- reviewing proposals, making recommendations to the board, and coordinating all CCUMC commissioned research and commissioned survey activities.
- Chaired by the Immediate Past President, with two additional Past Presidents appointed by the president for one-year terms.
