Responsibilities and Duties:
The board of directors has responsibility for:
- general supervision of the affairs of the consortium;
- fixing time and place of meetings;
- making recommendations to the membership of the consortium;
- designating the site of the executive office of the consortium;
- appointing the executive director;
- and performing such other duties as are specified in the Bylaws.
A director shall accept special assignments, board projects, and chair committees as requested by the president or the board.
